Angels everywhere!
well…there I was almost suffocating with the heat (the temperatures don’t really go down below 40 & on top of that we were there before sundown!)… and all of a sudden I feel like kicking myself for not carrying anything other than my phone. There I was surrounded my lil angels and oh they reminded me of something!
So while my folks set out to do whatever it is they were there to do (@ dubai garden centre btw)…i pulled out my newly acquired HTC Touch pro (that used to be my dad’s a year back) and started awkwardly hopping about taking random shots here and there, kneeling, crawling and god knows what not 
(oh yahhh hiding the fact that I was taking pictures from the shop guys who were all overrrr the place)
Well what came out of it? Lemme leave you with the good side… its a pre-birthday booster for someone

Wow! didn’t know HTC gave such brilliant images. Always mocked ppl who used it… for its size
But just wondering what angels like these are doing there… it is western cultural influence or anything specific?
Heehee…well to be honest I mocked it myself till I landed up with one (not that I love it except for its now newly discovered camera brilliance
)
As for the angels…LoL..well this was one of those landscaping your garden places. In other words…*pretend ur not living in the desert* (but besides that…dubai is totally influenced by the west! at the same times its got its culture burried in the old streets, forts, souks, dhows etc…u just need to look away from the shiny new structures shooting up left/right/centre a lil to spot it

D90 ? I thought you might opt for a Rebel! I am sure SriVidya and I swear by our 400 D!!
Nice photos! I get a sense that the eyes of the stone angels give a shade of lifelessness ! And the last angel looks sad! Or is it just me?
